After running a successful cross stitch shop at etsy This website is where I sell my patterns independently (offering them at discounted prices too !! )
My nick name is Minti and owner/partner of Zindagi Designs and I love anything creative. Like a typical creative person I have interests in many areas – embroidery, knitting, crocheting, quilting, paper crafts with the kids, painting, gardening, cooking/baking. The day seems too small and tonnes of things that I want to do are in my mind all the time.
Being creative gives me immense satisfaction. Being creative also is my stress buster. Being creative also means doing something productive/constructive with my time. Being creative works on many levels in my life, sometimes being creative also becomes a spiritual exercise. In short, for me living means being creative.
This shop for cross-stich patterns is like an extension of my need to be creative and maybe earn a bit as well. I have 2 kids and to take care of their health needs I quit my day job. Now that they are a bit grown up I wanted to find avenues to do things from home. And that’s where this online shop came into the picture. I love the whole concept of online shops, its so cool how many, many people can do hobby/serious business from home and that too with people all across the globe.
